Terms and Conditions

Important: customise this template for your legal entity, payment model and instructor relationship, and obtain professional review before launch.

1. The service

These terms apply when you create an account, book driving tuition, use the website or provide tuition through the school. The identity and contact details of the contracting business must appear in the website footer and booking communications.

2. Learner responsibilities

Learners must provide accurate information, hold a valid provisional or full licence for the tuition, disclose any relevant restrictions, attend fit to drive and follow reasonable safety instructions. A lesson may be stopped where continuing would be unsafe or unlawful.

3. Instructor responsibilities

Instructors must remain appropriately registered or licensed, display the required ADI badge or trainee licence, maintain suitable insurance and vehicle condition, behave professionally and keep availability and lesson information accurate.

4. Prices and payment

The complete payable total, including any unavoidable service fee, is shown before payment. Optional extras must not be preselected. Payment status and receipts are available from the learner account.

5. Bookings and changes

A booking is subject to instructor availability and payment confirmation. Changes, cancellations, late arrival and refunds are governed by the published Cancellation and Refund Policy. Any charge must be fair and proportionate to the circumstances.

6. Test-day bookings

Learners remain responsible for booking, changing or cancelling their own car driving test where required by DVSA rules. An instructor may decline use of a tuition vehicle where the learner is not ready, insured or legally eligible.

7. Reviews

Reviews are available only after eligible completed tuition. Reviews must be honest, relevant and not abusive. The school may moderate unlawful, fraudulent or irrelevant content but must not manipulate genuine feedback.

8. Liability

Tuition cannot guarantee a pass or a particular number of lessons. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Add business-specific liability and instructor-status wording after professional advice.

9. Complaints

Use the published Complaints Procedure. Include response times, escalation routes and any alternative dispute-resolution information applicable to your business.
